Hi, my name is Mary-Anne, and I'm a Sales Trainer here at Federated Insurance.

I've been working in this role since I got to the company two years ago. I love it because it provides me a challenging and rewarding career that, instead of trying to force me into a (metaphorical) box, allows me to formulate my own box. What I really like is designing and refining training modules with a group of people that have one goal in mind: improving our product. Helping our new hires understand the way we work and play is the fun part of this career.

I feel very fortunate to work for a company that allows me to pick my charity of choice and match that donation. I love my job; it's no accident that I'm here. It's just what I was looking for.
