Express Claim Service
We’ve developed a fully mobile service to ensure your appraisal will be complete within a half day!
How does it work? After being in an auto accident, you will give the Federated claims team a call. A link will be sent directly to your smartphone, prompting you to snap some photos of the damage to your vehicle. Then, simply tap to send them back to your claims adjuster in real time. Your adjuster will get started on your appraisal. While you wait, your adjuster can help you find one of our preferred collision centers for repairs and arrange a rental if necessary. Once the appraisal is complete, your adjuster will send it to you via email, along with copies of the photos you sent. You’ll also receive a call to outline your settlement details. You’ll be back on the road before you know it!
