That’s why we offer Risk Management Assist, a service that grants customers access to our team of Risk Services Specialists who have years of experience, in-depth knowledge, and expertise across many industries.

We’re here to support your business needs, but we also value our customers’ well-being. Our Trauma Assist service is designed to provide access to confidential 24-hour counselling to help our customers, their employees, and their family members cope with the emotional effects of a major loss.
After a traumatic insured loss like a lawsuit, fire, robbery, or a loss resulting in a serious workplace injury or death, this service offers access to personal, one-on-one counselling services by telephone or in-office appointments. In-office Critical Incident Stress Management services can also be made available in your workplace if several employees are affected. A referral to an appropriate resource within the community can also be provided if long-term or specialized counseling is required. All counselling services are provided by independent third-party professionals and confidentiality is strictly maintained.
